Refund Policy
At Sunrise Group for E-Commerce, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Booking & Tour Services
- Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 3–6 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
2. Online Courses / Digital Products
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not applicable once course materials have been fully accessed or downloaded.
- Special promotions and discounted items are non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
